Mentorship Program

The purpose of the USC Men's Rowing mentorship program matches student-athletes with alumni who share similar goals, interests, and professional paths. Our mission is to create an accessible, structured framework for mentorship that fosters meaningful connections and long term relationships between rowers past and present.
